This attention to detail is why we only work with clients with existing websites. Since we don’t create new content and branding (unless requested by you), we can focus all our efforts onto designing you the best possible website at the lowest possible price. There are two types of search engine optimization that Google looks for when determining how your website ranks in search results: on-page and off-page SEO. Here at Web Roofing we’re experts in on-page SEO, but we do not offer off-page SEO services.
(Just a side note – SEO technically applies to any search engine. However, it’s estimated that over 95% of all search traffic comes through Google. To maximize your returns from SEO, we focus mostly on Google, so we’ll talk mostly about Google here.)
Google wants to rank sites with high quality content who are experts in their space. Google uses both on-page and off-page SEO to determine if your site meets that criteria.
To explain it very briefly, on-page SEO is all the information coming directly from your website while off-page SEO is all the information about your website coming from external sources.
On-page SEO includes not only your website content, but also your security (presence of a SSL certificate), security of your hosting, site speed, trustworthiness of your server IP address, whether your design is unique, bounce rate, customer retention, keyword density, keyword placement, meta tags, meta titles, optimized images, presence of appropriate legal policies, and more.

We don’t require long-term contracts – if you leave after a month, we’ve put a lot of resources towards designing you a free website (that we’ll never be paid for). But we’re so confident you’ll love our service that we’re willing to take on all the risk ourselves. While we do charge a one-time $350 set up fee to cover the premium plugins and other systems we provide, this is only a small fraction of the expense we take on to launch the perfect site for you.
In short: we only make money if you value the work we do every month.
So yes, your website is free. Your total monthly hosting and maintenance cost will be around the cost of your cellphone bill (depending on your chosen plan).

Our philosophy is simple: if we don’t provide value for you and your company every month, you shouldn’t be paying us.
You will always have full control over your website. Before your Web Roofing redesign goes live, we’ll make a full backup of your old website. If at any time you would like to move to another service provider or hosting company, you can send them these files so that they can restore and host your old site.
After being with Web Roofing for 12 consecutive months, an add-on service will be available for you to receive daily or weekly ongoing backups of your new website for an additional $94. You are welcome to take this back up and move to another provider if you aren’t happy with our service.
Should you choose to terminate your Web Roofing contract after 12 months, we will no longer be able to provide hosting for your site or offer a discounted rate on hourly services. To prep your site for outbound migration, we will disconnect/terminate all licenses, services, and communication operated by Web Roofing. While we will provide all backups and needed files to successfully migrate out, Web Roofing does not offer outbound migration services. This would be the responsibility of your new website developer and hosting company.
Yes! You will have access to your website admin panel, so you can make changes yourself. All Web Roofing websites are built using WordPress – if you’re comfortable working on that platform, you’ll find it simple to edit your site. If not, we’re always here to help. You can request changes to your site through your Member Dashboard and we’ll get to work.
In order to provide the best service possible, all Web Roofing core plan sites are hosted on our fast, reliable hosting platform. This allows us to ensure we can deliver on our promises of improved performance and search engine rankings.
In addition, it’s important for us to have access to your site’s hosting to perform routine maintenance and security checks. We need the ability to check code and make adjustments without getting locked out or blocked from this key part of your site.
The good news: hosting is included in every Web Roofing plan. When your new site goes live, we’ll cancel your old hosting and transfer your site with no downtime. This is done completely by our team in the back-end.

We will work to optimize your existing content so that it is search engine friendly. We’ll perform basic keyword research and identify critical roofing keywords for your location, incorporating them into your site. We’ll also make your site faster, mobile friendly, and secure – all things Google and other search engines want to see.

The first step to a Web Roofing project is a free mockup. If you’re not happy with the design of your mockup, you’re under no obligation to continue working with us.
If you love your mockup and redesign but determine we’re not the right fit long-term, you have two options:

In some unique circumstances, we do provide lifetime licenses and rights to the site if you want to purchase it outright and take it to a new hosting provider and developer. This is offered on a case by case basis, may not be available to all customers, and pricing will depend on the amount of time we have invested into developing your site.

We can assist with polishing existing content or creating completely new, from-scratch content. All content is written by our dedicated content writer, a USA-based native English speaker.

Content changes or web development work required to support the new content will be billed at your regularly hourly rate (depending on your selected package).
